PAYING WITH CHECK OR CASH
Send all orders to: Dianogah, c/o The Bird Machine, 4823 Main Street, Skokie, IL 60077, USA (be sure to include c/o The Bird Machine). Be sure
to include your name, address, e-mail address and all the items that you would
like, including size and format. We will accept cash or checks (make them out
to Dianogah). If you are planning to send cash though the mail you are crazy,
but that is okay.
PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD
We accept payments via PayPal. If you are not familiar
with this service visit www.paypal.com and
open an account. PayPal is basically a way for two parties to exchange money
(via a credit card) over the internet.
step 1: Confirm availability of items by
sending us an e-mail
step 2: Once we have given you a total amount,
then go to PayPal and tell them the amount you need to pay
and to credit it to our account (jason@dianogah.com). All
of the details will be at PayPal.
step 3: Send us a second e-mail to confirm
your payment. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP.
step 4: We will confirm payment ourselves
and send out your order.
PLEASE NOTE
Dianogah mail orders are handled by actual humans. Not computers or interns. This is not Amazon.com and your order WILL NOT ship within 24 hours. We will get to your order as quickly as we can, but please be patient. Don't hesitate to send us an e-mail to check on your order status.
We appreciate your order and the band makes a little extra money when you purchase directly from us. However, we want you to have access to our music, and if getting your order right away is imporant, please search for Dianogah music elsewhere on the web (Google might help). With the exception of t-shirts and vinyl you should be able to find all of our music for sale on the web elsewhere. Thanks.
